A few things you should know
Although the hotel is undergoing renovations, the friendly staff tried their best to provide assistance under pressure! ! The pool, whirlpool, and sauna offered a great way to relax during our stay.
Be prepared for some unappealing surprises. our first room had an unclean refrigerator and the air conditioning didn't work! The overall condition of the hallways and stairways was far from inviting.

my recent stay was surprisingly pleasant in portage. the arcade games kept my kids entertained while i enjoyed the clean and spacious queen room. the restaurant had delicious ribs and a great breakfast selection that really exceeded my expectations.
